DISCOVER YOUR INSTRUCTIONAL VISION

OUR SIGNATURE APPROACH

Every school needs a customized strategic planning process. That's why we share our model and then work with you as you design a plan to fit your needs.

COMMUNICATION

Leaders must demonstrate and communicate values that align with the organization’s mission and vision to support change. An understanding of the organizational culture allows a district to leverage strengths and overcome challenges.

WHY?

If your staff no longer shares a vision for the district, if turnover is high, and you are lacking direction, you might be in need of a strategic plan. Let us help you get back on track and transform your school.

Your vision detemines your future.

Your vision determines your future. If you have a vision, can you honestly say that it is connected to a strategic plan? Is your organization 100% engaged? Is the plan being rolled out across your organization? Most strategies fail in the implementation phase. Let us help you dramatically improve your process.

  • Each section of this training will be closely connected to TPESS- our state principal evaluation process.

WHY IS THIS TRAINING RELEVANT

Do you have these struggles?

Rigor of Teaching: There is a shift in instruction which gives students more opportunities for complex learning. Our unique model of instruction is designed to give your school a clear road map that makes the journey toward increasing rigor more efficient and focused.

Leadership Time: Do you struggle to stay on top of everything? You are working long hours just trying to keep your head above the water. Let us show you how we fit it all in.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

RECEIVE TWO COACHING CALLS

YOU will receive two coaching calls via ZOOM. While on zoom, you will make connections and build a sense of community with the other attendees. This is a perfect professional learning community. Let's join back together twice a year and check back in on the process. Calls will be scheduled after school.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVATE GROUP

If you choose, you will have the opportunity to join a private Facebook group designed to give you daily interaction and networking with other attendees from other sessions. This is designed to give you immediate support as you implement the ideas shared during the event or course.

It is more than just on-site training or an online course. We feel deeply in the power of a professional learning community. It is a catalyst for ongoing change, improvement, and innovation in education.

TWO LEARNING PATHS PROVIDED
