Leaders must demonstrate and communicate values that align with the organization’s mission and vision to support change. An understanding of the organizational culture allows a district to leverage strengths and overcome challenges.
If your staff no longer shares a vision for the district, if turnover is high, and you are lacking direction, you might be in need of a strategic plan. Let us help you get back on track and transform your school.

CONNECTED TO PRINCIPAL PERFORMANCE OF CRITICAL COMPONENTS OF EFFECTIVE SCHOOLS
DISTRICT LEVEL LEADERSHIP TEAM
This team will consist of your key players who will be trained to assist the district in transforming each campus into a higher-performing school. We suggest bringing someone from each campus. If not feasible, bring at least 3-4 visioning leaders.
CAMPUS LEADERSHIP TEAM
This team will consist of at least 3-4 key players who will be trained to assist the Principal in transforming the campus leadership vision.
Example: Principal, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, Teacher Leaders
We certainly understand you may not be able to bring all of your key players. This may be due to budget restraints or small school settings. We will work with you so you get a very successful experience so you can turn this training around whether it be district level or campus level.
"This summer I had the pleasure to attend the Discover your Vision with Stephanie McConnell and Mr. Lyon. These two remarkable instructional leaders showed myself and other administrators how to create systems for excellence within our campus. In addition, to both sharing their knowledge I walked away with a endless amount of tangible resources that I could apply immediately at my own campus. When I returned I met with a team of teachers and implemented WIN time. The teachers have not only gained knowledge about the importance of intentional instructional time with their students but they have also grown as instructional leaders themselves. I encourage every administrator who wants to grow as a leader to attend this conference and share with their district." - Valerie, Assistant Principal
"Are you a leader looking for where to take your teachers or administrators to the next level? Do you have a vision for this? Look no further!! If you are anything like me, I am always on the hunt for ways to improve my school. The roadmap Mrs. McConnell and Mr. Lyon have set out in this course is extraordinary! You will gain knowledge in becoming a better leader as well as how to build an effective team that will produce results! You and your future self will not regret this!" - Audrey, Principal
"Discover Your Vision was exactly what my team and I needed to nail down our plans for the following school year. We wanted to restructure our RtI program to service each student, everyday, and Stephanie helped us make that plan become a reality. We also left with a clearer vision of what to do with data that is collected and how to use it to our advantage. The workshop was fun and engaging, Stephanie and Morris do a great job! Our school has definitely benefitted from their workshop." - Silvia, Principal
"Attending "Discover Your Vision" conference made a significant difference in developing me as an instructional leader. I came away with several tools that I have been able to implement, which are making a huge impact on my campus. The materials provided are editable, which allows me to tailor them to fit my needs when rolling out to my staff. I would highly recommend participating in this course to gain knowledge with creating your vision, establishing goals, and finding your way through the journey of empowering yourself, your staff, and your students." Kimberly, Principal

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVATE GROUP
If you choose, you will have the opportunity to join a private Facebook group designed to give you daily interaction and networking with other attendees from other sessions. This is designed to give you immediate support as you implement the ideas shared during the event or course.

SITE TRAINING is a visit to district/campus. We can travel! However, since we are current school leaders, we need to book these in advance. If you would like to inquire about a SITE TRAINING, please email Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org
